I do not know what the actual supply voltage is, so you might want to disregard devices without rail-to-rail inputs.

There is no in-stock replacement with the same low offset voltage as the TLV4197-Q1. Is this important?

If you require a Quad channel op-amp in the Q1 automotive grade, TSSOP package with slew-rate >20V/µs, currently in stock, the following products appear using the search tool on TI.com:

Op-Amp Search: Quad, Automotive, TSSOP, Slew Rate, in-stock.

 For example, the OPA4197-Q1 is a very similar device, with slightly higher precision that is currently shows some inventory.

The TLV9354-Q1 has different specs than the TLV4197-Q1, but is also an automotive grade, quad amplifier, on TSSOP package meeting with slew rate of 21V/us available in stock.
