LM148:difference between the LM148J and LM148JB

I would like to know how to Products Nomenclature about "LM148" among TI products.
Because the product datasheet does not contain information about the difference between the LM148J and LM148JB.

However, Part marking lookup search shows that both products are military grade.

So I'm looking for a document that defines the "LM148JB" part number.

In this case, "military grade" just means the temperature range and the package. The "B" indicates certain additional military qualifications.
