OPA2991: Is OPA2991 the best Pin2Pin substitute for AD8642?

My customer is looking forward to AD8643's substitute.

I find OPA2991 is the best pin2pin substitute IC . Is this right? or we have new IC.

But the IBias is 10pA, AD8642 is 0.5pA

Do we have more suitable IC ?

Hello Yuxi,

The TI cross reference search suggests OPA4990; I prefer the OPA4991 as an alternative ; better match to Vos, SR, GBWP.

If IIB is critical then a different solution is needed. In that case, I'd need to know all the important parameters.

For dual , OPA2991.

If IIB is more important then consider LMC6032
