TL081: Feeding Vcc and Vee of op-amp

Part Number: TL081
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TIDA-010065,

Hello,

I have a TL081 op-amp and I would like to supply its VCC and VEE pins with +/- 12 V. Normally I was going to use TPS65130RGER to generate +/- 14 V and then use LDO's to drop from +/-14V to +/-12V's. Is this a good design choice? How should I pick my R1, R2, R3, R4 resistances because the formulas in the datasheet does not match the values from the design reference TIDA-010065. Also there is a pin for negative output but not for pozitive output, where do i get it from? Do you have any other recommendations instead of the design i mentioned above? Thank you.

Best Regards,
