Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TINA-TI
I am looking for IBIS model for amplifier LMH6629. How can I get IBIS model ? and also SPICE model for LMH6629.

Hello John,
There is a PSPICE model available for the LMH6629 on the device's product page. We do not have an IBIS model readily available; I do believe you could construct one but the input/output nature of IBIS models is different than the focus of SPICE simulation.
Best,
Alec
Thanks for reply. I am wondering about running post PCB layout simulation using signal integrity and power integrity simulator. Which models of the amplifiers usually we need to perform SI/PI analysis ? IBIS or SPICE ?
Hello John,
We do not provide IBIS models for analog devices; since, IBIS models contain information specifically relating to the digital buffers of an IC chip. The IBIS model simulates the system-level PCB behavior, specifically modeling the connection from the outside world to the product’s digital input/output (I/O) buffers. You may use a different software to extract PCB Parasitics and model these parasitics with the model in Pspice for TI or Tina-TI.
We do provide a SPICE and Tina-TI reference design circuit for the LMH6629 which can be found on the device's product folder under the design & development tab, then under the Design tools & simulation category as Alec pointed out.
Thank you,
Sima
