Hi,

I purchased an OPA858DSGVEM board recently.

I tried to connect Split sources, GND, and keep J4 on.

I only used the Negative input (J1) and make the Positive side(J2) floating.

Unfortunately, I cannot get anything from the output though I import a signal from the generator.

Should I need to connect the J2 or change any connection?

Hi Ken,

If you have to use the device in inverting configuration you need to remove R3 (or change it to non zero value if you want to match input impedance to source impedance) otherwise your input signal will short to GND and you will get 0V at output.
