Hi, I am looking for Spice model or tina model for INA2141U. Where can i find one ? I need help with script for LTspice model for INA2141U.
Do you have a similar model which is single amplifier instead of dual like INA2141U i can use by tweaking values ?
Venkata,
It really depends on what you plan on using the model for. I could put together a very simple model based on op amps. We have many released INA models as well. If I put together a model, it could model many of the behaviors of the INA2141u, but it would likely miss on a number of parameters. Would a basic model that covers noise, offset, bandwidth, and bias current be useful to you?
best regards,
Art
I am planning to use it for amplification with gain of 10. I am performing WCCA for my circuit, with 0.5V max across the inverting and non-inverting terminals with output of 5V max. Basic model will do it for now as long as it is very close. If possible, can you please provide a LTspice model, if not at least pspice model. This is one of the stages of my large circuit i am trying to simulate.
Venkata,
Below is a copy of a simple model. It models: gain, bandwidth, noise, input offset voltage, and input bias current. The model is followed by a power point that illustrates simulations used ot verify these specifications.
I hope this helps you.
Best regards,
Art
