Only the A variant should be marked with an A. This looks like an error in the datasheet.

Hi Suri,

Clemens comment is correct. I think that this is typo as well.

Per the image and markings (I checked with our database of INA2141 IA), the marking indicates that INA2141U is the higher grade instrumentation amplifier. UA is lower grade IA.
