Hey Joern,

Let me see what I can do. The internal amplifier is functionally equivalent to the INA293, so maybe pairing the INA293 model with a similar comparator from INA201 or INA381 may be a solution.

I will provide a preliminary solution by end of week.

Hey Joern,

Here are the models. These are the TINA model files, but you can use same .lib files for PSPICE software. Note that these include the A1, B2, B3, B4, and B5. I am working on getting rest of them completed next week.

Note these are not the final models. Final models may have minor changes to the CMPout current drive.
