INA233: VBUS pin question

Part Number: INA233

Hi Team,

I'd like to consult that what is the difference between VBUS connecting to IN - and connecting to INA+?

  • Hi Zhihao,

They are basically the same thing. The only difference would be that with VBUS connected to IN-, it is taking the voltage drop across your shunt resistor into account. The voltage drop should be negligible depending on your shunt resistor.

    Best,

    Mohamed
