OPA277: Difference between U and UA

Hi,

I was looking for the difference between opa277u and opa277ua in the ds and I could only find this in the ordering section, where the U doesn't have a temp range and for package material it requires to contact TI.

Is there any practical difference between the two?

Both packages use the same Si die. OPA277U is higher grade than OPA227UA, which are sort these out by the U and UA grading specification over the production line.

The table below is applicable to U and UA grade in the datasheet, which are specified from -40C to +85C.
