OPA2541: OPA2541BM Performance problem

Hi Emily, 

Could you describe a bit about the issues? Could you send me the testing circuit and short circuit tests including the supply rails? The attached file is not supported by E2E and I am unable to read it.  The text image is a bit blur as well. Please send me the higher resolution image or pdf files. 

Please describe the tests, Are these ATE tests to verify the functionality of the part. I assumed that these parts are purchased from TI E-store or TI Authorized distributors. 

You may describe the failure in Chinese. How many are failed due to the tests or failure rate etc.?

The attachment you enclosed is not supported by E2E forum, thus I am unable to access it. What is the file that you tried to send to us? If the attachment is a video clip, you need to change the video clip format. Otherwise, we are unable to view it or play it over the E2E forum.

What video format should I change to

Hi Emily, 

To be frank, I do not know either. I have to go ask the E2E administrator (they are all gone home currently). However, please see if the Quicktime video format will work (My guess). You should be able to preview the contents by clicking on Tools at the bottom of the tool bar. 

The image below is what I see when I try to click on it - where the plugin is not supported.

Hi Emily, 

I asked the E2E support engineer, he implies that MP4 video format may be the compatible format. I never submitted anything in video format, and I do not know how to properly upload video format onto the E2E. It should be similar to upload a file. 

I will be OOO, so it may be quicker for you to contact our customer service in China. Generally, the application team does not support the quality related issues in our product, since there is another team to handle the customer's complains and/or issues.

The E2E engineer downloaded the video for me, and I see the few second video clip when a pin is shorted to a case. 

I have to say that I agree with you. One of the feature per the OPA2541BM TO-3 package is stated that the TO-3 package or case is isolated from all internal circuitry. I think that you should proceed to return the failed items to TI E-store. 

Sorry for the delay. The E2E is doing the unexpected maintences in the past two days. We are all locked out.
