Hi team,

Could you please let me know the temp curve of VCM range?

Datasheet shows it is 0~Vcc-1.5 @ 25C, and 0~Vcc-2 for full temp range.

We want to know the range @ 50C.

This is documented in the Application Design Guidelines for LM324 and LM358 Devices. The range becomes worse at lower temperatures, with about 4 mV/°C.

In low-voltage applications (≤ 5 V), you should use low-voltage opamps with a better VCM range like the LM324LV ( up to V_CC − 1 V), or rail-to-rail opamps like the TLV9004.
