10 MHz corresponds to a propagation delay of less than 50 ns.
Here is a search: ti.com/amplifier-circuit/comparators/products.html#83=0.000225;0.04&480=2;4&358max=24;40. The LM119 is a mil-spec device, i.e., it comes in military packages and has military prices.
There are more high-speed comparators with a 5 V supply. Would it be possible to reduce the input voltage with a resistor divider?

Thanks for reaching out. Could you tell us a little more about your application? As Clemens mentioned, our current high voltage comparator option with that type of speed capability is the LM119 family.
