OPA2277: OPA2277 different date code with different X RAY picture

hello TI friends 

we find OPA2277 different date code with different X RAY picture as attached files.

now we find some cases which happened burned. and most of IC's XRAY showed as right picture. 

Could you help to advise why happen this different XRAY show with the same part number. 

your response is very important for us. appreciate it .

    Huiyun,

    1. Were the devices purchased through an authorized distributor or direct from TI?  Below is a list of authorized distributors.
      1. Arrow Electronics
      2. Digi-Key Electronics
      3. Mouser Electronics
    2. The reason for the question is that counterfeit devices do sometimes get sold via non-authorized distributors. 
    3. Were the x-rays taken with the device on the PCB?  I'm trying to understand if the different shapes in the image are from the device or PCB.  The image on the right has two rectangles circled.  The OPA2277 has one die, so this cannot be die inside the OPA2277.  Maybe it is components on the back side of the PCB?
