Could you help share how to calculate the output noise after cascading the instrumentation amplifier and low-pass filter? And how should the output noise of the filter be calculated? Could you please help give a specific example? Thanks.

The total noise is a function of IC input voltage and current noise, resistor thermal nose, circuit configuration, noise gain and noise bandwidth and for these reasons in order to conduct hand calculations you must first review IC Noise calculation training material under following link ->

Having said that, you may also simulate the total noise using our simulation tool like Tina-TI but without hand calculation you won't know what dominates the noise - see below.
