Could you suggest a device similar to the OPA227 with improved linearity on the negative side?

Hi Masa,

Without knowing anything else about your application, I would suggest you to consider using bipolar input OPA210 with better input common-mode voltage and rail-to-rail output voltage range. Other than this, you should consider one of our CMOS rai-to-rai input/output op amps like OPA192 or OPA197.
