USB2ANY: Interface Adapter

Part Number: USB2ANY

Hello,

I am planning to use USB2ANY Interface adapter to check SPI communication on a customized. I installed USB explorer GUI to support USB2ANY, but I am unable to see SPI tab when SPI interface is selected. Am I missing something or do I need to install additional support drivers. Below is the reference image for the USB explorere GUI

  • USB2ANY Explorer should be feature-complete, no additional installs required.

I note that the USB2ANY appears disconnected in the provided screenshot.

Do you have another program open that could be automatically acquiring a session with the USB2ANY? This may be preventing USB2ANY GUI from communicating with the device.

Also, is the firmware of the USB2ANY at the same revision as the USB2ANY explorer? Some GUIs will set this firmware to a different revision for different feature compatibility; mainline USB2ANY Explorer stopped receiving updates after 2.8.2.0. Normally, connecting the USB2ANY to the PC with the USB2ANY Explorer running would prompt for a firmware update if the firmware was not at the appropriate revision - but this may not happen if the firmware is very old, missing, or corrupted. If there is an issue with the firmware, you may need the USB2ANY Firmware Loader binary included with the USB2ANY API kit to reflash to a firmware supported by the tool - this tool tends to be more robust in detecting and reprogramming devices in blank, old, or corrupted states.

Let me know if any of that helps...
