OPA2376: Application issues of chips

Part Number: OPA2376

May I ask if I use the OPA2376 operational amplifier and connect it to a follower for use, and expect to output 1V? Why does the voltage value measured when the output terminal is connected to a 0 ohm resistor cause oscillation? Switching to 1 ohm output will be normal

The actual input of 0V5 in the diagram is 1V

When applying a 0 ohm resistor, the output measured is 1.9 and negative 0.8

  • Tonyx,

The oscillation is caused by 1uF output capacitors, which together with OPA2376 output impedance form a pole within effective bandwidth of Vou/Vin transfer function causing a large phase shift.  In order to assure stable operation across process/temperature variations, please add 25 ohm R115/R116 in series with output caps or remove 1uF C185 and C187.
