I would like to know the spec of snapback ESD clamps.

I would like to ask you about the configuration of the internal ESD protection circuit in detail and the value of clamp voltage.

I want to use it as a reference for ESD test.

    Hello Ryusuke,

    We do not discuss the details of the ESD structures. To trigger it would violate Abs Max limits and it is not warrantied. TI cannot condone exceeding the Abs Max ratings.

    Let's just say it is a *little* more than 40V...
