In TI Design doc: A High power , high fidelity headphone amplifier......Audio DAC is shown with 2 sources.... How can it be simulated, because in TINA error is coming that 2 sources can not be simulated.

Which TI design doc and which DAC you are talking about? TI has many design doc and audio DACs.

The DACs in your question provide a differential output current that varies with the input digital audio signal. We model the DAC with Figure 4. which is the simplified model of an Audio DAC and connect it as Figure 2. The 2 signals are the same just opposite in polarity (centered around CM). Same concept applies for Voltage DAC as well.
This is a time domain simulation (transient simulation) not AC simulation and it will not give any error no matter how many signal sources you have in your schematic.
