what is the difference between XTR105U and XTR105UA (the additional A )

is it just a logistic difference ?

I couldn't understand it from the datasheet

The rightmost columns in the electrical characteristics table show the differences from the non-A model.

There are grade differences between U and UA part numbers, where U is higher grade and UA is the next grade. These grades are screened from the production line, also the differences are reflected in pricing between the two part numbers.
