How can I order samples (OPA994 DBV Package, 5-Pin SOT-23).
Will this part replace the LM7321 (appears that it is being discontinued)?

We expect both of these to available for purchase on ti.com (& subsequent distributors) in December 2023 & January 2024.

Silicon is the same across channel count. Pre-production parts are only available from TI's website.

The OPAx994 is the recommended newest generation device in unlimited cap load devices.
The LM7321 is not being discontinued, only optimized in the package delivery, see how small tape & reel and tubes are being discontinued:
Large tape and reels are still available for purchase.
That being said, LM7321 continues to be limited quantity in chip-production. The OPAx994 family is expected to be more widely available in the long-term (due to new manufacturing processes).
