LM311: problem with recognize where pin number 1 is

Hello,

We bought from you LM311 and how can I recognize where pin number 1 is? In datasheet there is a dot or notch in the housing, but on these on picture there is not.

Hi Marcin,

As Clemens showed, pin 1 would be in the lower left corner as shown in your picture. Pin 4 would be the lower right, pin 5 would be upper right, and pin 8 is upper left corners.

In the future, we will be moving to a pin 1 dot only, as shown in the first box of the Pin 1 indicators graphic.
