Query on uA741

I have some querries on 741 -

1. What is the difference between uA741C, uA741I and uA741M?

2. What other parameters vary between them at the single "spot" temperature of 25C?

3. If maximum output voltage swing is available, what is the maximum frequency of operation and what restriction is placed on the output load resistance?

4. If restrictions are met in (3) above, what is the worst-case open loop gain of the device?

Hello Leena,

1) The operating temperature range. C= 0 to70C; I = -40 to 85C; M -55 to 125C. I&M have tighter specs on some parameters.

2) The data sheet has many across temperature specifications.

3) Figure 6 on page 9 of the data sheet has this information. The load resistance limits output peak to peak; see figure 5.

4) This is stated in the AVD spec on page 5 of the data sheet.

Dear Sir,

I found UA741M was OBSOLETE. And official website recommend using TLE2021.

So　far the datasheet below showed two package of TLE2021MD. May I know which one is correct? first one or second one ?Thanks.

TLE2021MD uses the 8-pin SOIC package.

yes, I need SOIC package. but the pin define seems to have two type. which one is correct? Thansk.

Eason,

I see now. There are two pin-outs because one is for single op-amp TLE2021MD and the other is for dual op-amp TLE2022MD
The top one is for TLE2021MD.
