I had used OPA4197ID(R) in many of my Projects , including some for Export to France.
There has been a terrible shortage of this IC for several months
We had managed to procure a lot of 250 Nos of OPA4197ID from one of
our regular suppliers
We are facing the following problem:
Basically we have a Voltage to Freq Converter using your VFC110AP
( another terrible shortage issue in recent past ) for 1.2 to 3.5 MHz for a 0-10 V .
The Freq is filtered by a string of Butterworth Filters as shown
The O/P of the first stage Filter with your original IC and the one that we rec'd is shown.
The O/P of the first stage with your original IC ( Blue ) and that of the recent rec'd one as ( Yellow )
The IC image is also shown.
Pl confirm if this IC is original from TI ?
