THS9000: RF power gain up to 40 dBm

Hi,

I want to design a RF Power amplifier that have gain up-to 40 dBm. i haven't fine any RF power IC that have the Gain up-to 40 dBm.

So, my question is, can we connect two or more RF power amplifier in series or cascade to obtain the desire output gain??

Kindly suggest any other part number that can help me design.
