Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TLV9164
Hello,
I am considering to use TLV9164 (Quad Channel) OpAmp to monitor analog voltage to ADC.
Each channel will have
- an unity gain as shown below
- each output will be interfaced to the MSP430 ADC port which is 3.3V.
- Will have voltage divider at the output of OpAmp to scale down to 1.8V.
Could you verify following ?
- Does need a 10K-ohm resistor from a Non-Inverting Input to a Voltage (ex, 5.25V) ?
- Does need a resistor from an Inverting input to output of OpAmp or no need ? (if need, what resistor value is suggested, such as for hysteresis,.) ?
- Does need a capacitor at the output of OpAmp to input of MSP430 ADC channel ? (If need, what capacitor value is suggested ?)
- Is MSP430 ADC input high impedance which no need a buffer after OpAmp ?
- How to terminate unused OpAmp channel ? (ex, pullup Non-Inverting input to VCC, Tie Inverting Input to GND) ?
Thanks,
Adam
