Hi Eddie,
As Clemens shows, the maximum warrantied supply current over temperature is specified in the electrical table as 2.5mA.This limit was set almost 50 years ago...the newer devices tend to be less than that.
The schematic shows a very, very simplified schematic, and does not show the full biasing circuits and bias current balancing sources - which also contribute to the total supply currents - across both channels. Note that the transistor count is 30...not 16...
Figure 6-1 in the datasheet shows the total typical supply current (both channels) over temperature and supply. Add ±30% for process variations.

Hi Eddie,
We simply do not discuss CPK numbers - especially in public. Our competitors would love to know this information. This is proprietary and would require a formal NDA and executive level approval.
The problem is that if we give a number, this becomes an unofficial spec limit that the customer will hold us to. These numbers can change over time - and this is why the limits, particularly over temperature, are guard banded to internal limits to ensure that the customer never gets a device beyond the datasheet limit.
The customer should design for the limits shown in the electrical tables.
The ±30% variation over typical is due to process variations is a rule-of-thumb. Supply current is not trimmed, so it is influenced by lot-to-lot process variations, but each device is tested to internal limits to ensure it does not exceed the published datasheet limit.
