If there is a variation at the INP and INN voltage for a time duration of 200nsec from the steady state value: will the output of the INA240A3 changes??
As per the datasheet, INA240x are compatible for Enhanced PWM rejection.

It is expected that some transient disturbances will be present on the output when there is a fast common mode transient on the inputs. This is illustrated in this graph.
Typically the larger the common mode voltage change and the faster the rise/fall edge, the larger the disturbances. Even with enhanced PWM rejection, it is not possible to erase the common mode disturbances completely.
