LM7372: Heating Opamp

Hi,

We have input signal of 5V, 1Hz and required output is 10V, 1hz. opamp LM7372 is being used.Below is the sch part. Supply voltage is +/-12V

We are not able to get the output instead IC is heating up. Could you please help and let me know if any updated needs to be done.

    I was able to look over the schematic and I had a few questions/ debug tips so we can see why this is occurring. Is there any information you can provide regarding the load for the amplifiers? I would like to make sure there isn't excessive current being drawn which is resulting in this heating you are experiencing. For the B amplifier is that amplifier also connected in the same gain configuration as the A amplifier?

    As a quick debug step, what do you see at the output when you don't have any signal at the input, do you see any value that should not be expected with that input? Is the current supply excessive even when no signal is amplified or is it the expected Iq value of the device?

    Could you also explain what you are see when you do put a signal at the input?
