Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LMH6624, OPA818
Hello friends,
We are looking for a replacement op-amp for LMH6654, because its operating temperature is too low.
The working frequency is 13.6MHz.
The following conditions need to be met:
1. The power supply is ±5V
2. The closed loop gain is 10 approximately
3. Operating temperature is -40 ~ 125 °C
4. SR > 200 V/us
5. BW > 150MHz
It is better for us that the new product can be pin to pin with LMH6654
I have found one, LMH6624. Is it OK for replacement? Is there any other replacement for us?
Could you please help with it?
