    Note that the high-volume devices that you have listed are assembled at multiple assembly sites across the world, and the mold compound may differ depending on the site. The above numbers are for the most common compound at the larger sites.

    We cannot get into the compound details too much as this is considered proprietary information.

    Also note that you have multiple devices from multiple disciplines - you really should separate out the logic, amplifers, regulators and references and post to the appropriate forums.
