I would like to ask some questions about AMC1300. For the sake of functional safety after power-on, I want to know the status of this isolation amp before initial power-on.
Specifically, there may be the following situations:
1. After VDD1 power supply is established, it may take more than ten milliseconds for VDD2 to supply power normally. During the entire process, there will be input signals between INP and INN. What is the status of OUTP and OUTN at this time?
2. When VDD1 and VDD2 are not powered, there will be some input signals between INP and INN throughout the process. What is the status of OUTP and OUTN at this time?
3. Is it possible that AMC1300 is damaged by the input side signal during the whole process when VDD1 is not established?
