TLV9022: Look for counterpart of TP1946SR

Hi experts,

My customer is using TP1946SR.(2ch, OD output) But they hope hysteresis is bigger than 20mV which TP1946SR couldn't do. So does TLV9022 work? Could you promote a 2ch, OD output, prop delay <500ns, Hys>20mV ,SOIC package device? Many thanks!

The TLV7022 has hysteresis, but not much more than the TP1946, and is not available in SOIC.

To increase hysteresis, it is necessary to add positive feedback with external resistors.

We don't have hys >20mV devices, am I right? I saw some devices could achieve adjustable hys, can them work? And could you share any Application note to achieve this function? Many thanks.

The TLV3603 would allow to adjust the hysteresis to more than 20 mV. But it does not have two channels, an OD output, or a SOIC package.

The TLV9022 datasheet has examples for to implement hysteresis.

To summarize, TLV3603 has adjustable hysteresis but does not fit your requirements of OD, dual channel and SOIC.

We do have TLV4082 with internal 60mV hysteresis but does not fit your package and speed requirement.

As with all of our comparators, including TLV90xx, you can implement external hysteresis to achieve the amount that you require. The datasheets themselves have an examples on how to implement them. We also have these cookbooks:
