I need to select a good output driver powered by +/- 9v

I have a filtered, 16-bit precision,  AC signal, scaled 0-4.096 volts. 

This needs to be supplied to the outside world through a BNC connecter. 

I need an output driver that can take full advantage of the +/- 9V battery supply and produce quality, +/- to GND, ZAP resistant, short circuit tolerant  output. 

How do I find a suitable device?
