AMC1350: Long Term Stability deviation of deltaVos, deltaTCVos, delta RIN, deltaEG and deltaTCEG

Part Number: AMC1350

Dear Specialists,

My customer is interested in AMC1350 and has a question.

I would be grateful if you could advise.

---

According to AMC1350 data sheet P.8 6.9 Electrical Characteristics:
There are long-term stability (10 years) specs for offset voltage, offset drift, input resistance, gain, and gain temperature characteristics.
For AMC1350, each error is specified as 0.

These values are typical values.
I would like to know the deviation between the maximum and minimum values.

Currently we are using HCNR201(Broadcom) and considering to change to AMC1350.

We need to confirm a max/min value of long term stability and compare with HCNR201.

We think AMC1350 has a better spec, but evidence is needed.

---

I appreciate your great help in advance.

Best regards,

Shinichi

  • Hi Shinichi,

When deriving the typical specifications for lifetime drift, the values were below our measurable noise floor therefor max/min values were not derived.

  • Hi Alexander,

    Thank you for your reply.

I understand when all the values were derived, but could not be derived and not specified maximum/minimum values.

I'll share this information with the customer.

When the customer has an additional question, I consult you again.

I appreciate your great help and cooperation.

    Best regards,

    Shinichi
