I am currently using LM10CWMX/NOPB and I would like to obtain these screened for a lower temperature rating down to -40C. They are currently spec’d at from 0C to+70C. I would like to be able to operate this down to -40C. We have been using this part for years at -40C however recently had some production fall out at -40C and realized we spec’d in the wrong part. We now have the 14 pin wide body on the pcb and would like to see if you can screen the part down to -40C until we redesign the pcb to accept the 8 pin part that goes down to -55C.
