OPA694: OPA694 Abs Max of +/- 6.5V vs 13V delta?

ABS max is +/- 6.5V, but I assume it's just the delta of 13V? e.g Can 3.3 to -8.0V also be used because the delta voltage is under 13V?

    This device does not have a ground pin and so does not know what voltage you choose as 0 V. The maximum indeed is 13 V between the two supply pins.

    (If your signals are around 0 V, and if your supplies are very asymmetric, you have to consider the valid common-mode input voltage range.)
