TLV1821: typ. vs max. Toggle frequency specification in datasheet?

Part Number: TLV1821

Team,

Can you please help with the below question:

According to the TLV1821 datasheet, the toggle frequency is typically 500KHz.
I understand that the max. toggle frequency is not specified in the datasheet.
But what would be the max. toggle frequency seen during internal validation at TI?
Is there a max. frequency that is guaranteed by design?

if I calculate the frequency using the yellow marked values from the data sheet I get F(Toggle) typ. 1111KHz
(with F(T) = 1 / ( T(pd-HL) + (T(pd-LH) + T(rise) + T(fall) with T [us] and F [MHz])

Application is sine wave signal conditioning for frequency measurement (The TINA simulation model can be provided if needed).
Frequency range is 800KHz - 1100KHz .
-Are there an alternative comparators with Vin : min 3V - max >12V with open drain output and higher toggle frequency ?
-Is there a better suited comparator than TLV1821 for such application?

Thanks in advance,
ANber
