Is TI USB2ANY interface board only intended for use with TI products?

Is there universal compatibility with devices using I2C from other manufacturers?

USB2ANY is usable with the interfaces shown below:

These are not strictly limited to TI devices. Implementations of these protocols from other manufacturers must meet the criteria of the common standard.

Can this device decode the data transmitted between the SOC and IC when they are communicating via I2C(or other protocol)?

not for just reading data from address or writing data to address.

USB2ANY cannot be used as a protocol analyzer. The firmware only supports I2C bus master capability.
