Does OPA4990 or OPA4991 support Non-inverting output with Gain = 1? I'm asking this because there are no description about stability of unity gain in the datasheet.
From PSpice, it can be. I would like to confirm.

Decompensated opamps are marked as decompensated.
Figure 6-11 implies that they are stable with G=1:

In addition to Clemens' comments, you can also see from the electrical characteristics table and Figure 6-10 that the part is stable for unity gain configuration.
