LM117H/883: confirm screening MIL-STD-883, METHOD 5004

Please confirm two part LM117H/883 and LM158H/883 be screened 100% per MIL-STD-883, METHOD 5004 ?

Hey Bich,

The LM117H/883 is screened per MIL-PRF-38535 and MIL-STD-883 Method 5004 class Q (class level B).

I'm reassigning this thread to the GPAMPS team to provide information on LM158H/883.

Hey Bich,

The datasheet specifies the LM158H/883 is tested in accordance to Mil-Std-883, Method 5005.

The part number that correlates to the SMD is: 5962-8771002GA
