Hello,
What is the technology of the AMC1100?
Do you get a photo of the AMC1100 internal construction (position of die)?
Thanks a lot beforehand.

Hi Jerome,
The ACM1100 is a current sensing isolated amplifier. The data sheet should have all the specifications needed to get started using the device. Please let me know if you have any more questions about the technology.
Section 7.2 shows a functional block diagram of how the device is built; however, we do not include a photo of the internal construction.
Best regards,
Eva
Hi Jerome, I am still waiting on the photo but will let you know when I get it.
Hi Jerome,
Here is a photo of the internal construction. This amplifier is not specifically a bipolar or cmos based amplifier. It is a precision isolated amplifier. Let me know if you have any further questions.
Best regards,
Eva
Good morning Eva,
Thanks a lot for this photo, this is exactly what I needed. For the technology, chip shall get a dedicated technology (example: 0.18µm CMOS9T for DP83848, Bipolar for INA129UA, BiCMOS (LBC2) for TLC7733QPWR, etc), there is potentially a mix of chip technology in the AMC1100... Would you be able to provide them?
Thanks a lot beforehand.
Jérôme
Hi Jerome,
I do not have a side x-ray of the photo. May I ask what end equipment you are using this device for?
Best regards,
Eva
Hi Jerome,
Ok, thank you for explaining. There are 2 die in the package, one is on 0.5um TSMC process and the other is 50HPA07. I hope this helps.
Best regards,
Eva
