BQ20Z655-R1 can support Liquid Crystal Display but, We can not find BQ20Z65-R1 can support the Liquid Crystal Display.

Could you check that BQ20Z65-R1 also support Liquid Crystal Display or not?

That's correct, the BQ20z65-R1 does not support LCD display, only the BQ20z655-R1 supports this function. The BQ34z653 also support LCD functionality, but it is not recommended to start new designs with either of these parts.
