I have verified that the INA351CDSIRUGR does meet RoHS compliance.

For more details on what our RoHS compliance means you can see TI RoHS and Product Statement Designation. You will see in the document that the RoHS compliance is in regards to both the EU Directive 2011/65/EU and the amended 2015/863. Also the definition of what TI means when we say a part is RoHS compliant is shown below:
