OPA3S328 is RoHS compliance as shown in the link below. OPA3S328 is a new op amp product, and we only make RoHS compliance packages these days.

XOPA3S328YBJR, "X" refers to pre-RTMed or pre-production product, but OPA3S328 has been RTMed for near a year now. Below is the current inventory status in TI E-store.
