Yes. The device can be powered up off the same bus the input pins are connected to as long as the Vs pin does not exceed 20V (to maintain specified performance) nor 22V (to not exceed Absolute Maximum rating and become damaged).
The devices specifications are tested for Vs up to 20V so accuracy and performance may degrade for Vs >20V, but < 22V. The device itself is rated to survive Vs voltages up to 22V according to the Absolute Maximum Ratings table.
Another thing to consider is that there will be increased settling time for power up scenarios when Vbus (or Vcm=Vs) is starting from < 2.7V to final voltage >2.7V. You can reference Figure 7-25 of datasheet for details.
