I was wondering if the multi-cal software is compatable with the PGA309 DAQ platform, and if it has the necessary calibration tables.

    Yes.  The multi-cal-system uses the USB-DAQ-Platform to control a multiplexer board.  The software used for the two systems is based on the same algorithm.  The multi-cal software and hardware simply expands the number of channels.
