Can you give us more information here - is there any need for current outputs or is it only voltage to voltage? it appears from what you have shown, you don't necessarily need the unique features of the XTR; you can probably just use an INA. For an INA with differential in/differential out, you can use INA851 (the first and third case). For the second stage, you would really only need a single amplifier such as OPA192.

Yes, Ther is AI/AO function from customer design.
Current ability is not too much. pls ignore.
Just meet below voltage convert. you suggestion are good. but pricing compared to XTR305 with INA851 or OPA192 too expensive.

If you want to keep the same phase, you would need to use difference amplifier.
